Leading Clinical Laboratory services provider specializing in molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology seeks a Full Time Help Desk Analyst to be based at their Corporate Headquarters in Hamilton NJ.  Qualified Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks.

  • Answering helpdesk calls, and managing the helpdesk ticketing queue. Documenting ticket resolutions.
  • Imaging, and installing new workstations, software and associated updates.
  • Supporting a variety of desktops including Windows platforms, Linux, and Apple.
  • Providing asset management support and updating the hardware and software inventory application.
  • Service various smartphone types including BlackBerry, Android, and iOS connected to corporate email.
  • Assist with maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting LAN/WAN network.
  • Providing software training of desktop applications.
  • Maintain and support companywide tools, such as Antivirus, Track-it, Screen Connect.
  • Assist with employee account changes in Active Directory, Exchange, and related software.
  • Supporting remote access VPN users, with laptop, and phone issues.
  • Good organizational and communications skills, will need to work with all levels of users, from novice to highly technical.
  • 1 - 3 years network support 
  • Good troubleshooting skills with a wide variety of 3rd party software.
  • Technical School Diploma or College degree in Computer Science
  • A+, Network +, MCP or related certification desirable.
